According to the regulations of the Angolan government, all commercial goods transported from China (and globally) to Angola must be accompanied by a CNCA (Conselho Nacional de Carregadores de Angola) Shipping Certificate issued at the port of loading.
The CNCA certificate must be applied for before the vessel arrives. Failure to provide a valid CNCA will prevent the shipping line from issuing the original Bill of Lading.
