What is the Cameroon ECTN?

The ECTN (Electronic Cargo Tracking Note), also called BESC (Bordereau de Suivi de Cargaison), is mandatory for all cargo shipped to Cameroon via Douala or Kribi. It provides customs with shipment data before arrival and is required to avoid fines and discharge delays.
